NETSCOUT has enhanced its Omnis AI Insights product suite for communications service providers, introducing innovative tools aimed at optimizing network data for agentic AI applications in customer experience and network operations. As telecom operators aim to scale AI initiatives, they often face data quality challenges; a McKinsey survey revealed that 64% are pursuing AI, while 45% cite data issues as a major barrier.
Key components include the Omnis AI Sensor and Omnis AI Streamer, which convert raw network information into “AI-ready smart data.” The Sensor delivers high-fidelity datasets across 5G networks to support service assurance, customer experience, and real-time operations. The Streamer acts as a programmable curation engine for processing telemetry, producing tailored data feeds for analysis and response.
These advancements not only enhance customer care and network reliability but also improve security by streamlining data management. NETSCOUT will showcase the expanded offerings at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
