A recent survey reveals that most Samsung Galaxy users are not utilizing the powerful AI photo editing tools available on their devices. Despite Galaxy AI’s capabilities to clean up photos, remove photobombers, and enhance images, 74% of respondents have never tried these features, even when they notice unwanted elements in their pictures. The survey indicates that 90% of users are aware of issues like stray objects and shadows in their photos, yet only about a quarter actively use tools like Photo Assist to alleviate these problems. Samsung believes that discoverability is the primary barrier to adoption, as many users simply do not access the AI features built into their Gallery app. Additionally, over half of participants expressed that photo-taking detracts from the moments they wish to enjoy. Overall, the findings suggest that while Galaxy AI has significant potential, better accessibility is critical for improving user engagement with these tools.
