BBVA’s ambitious plan extends ChatGPT Enterprise to over 120,000 employees, significantly enhancing productivity. The integration of banking services with OpenAI’s conversational assistant has already been piloted successfully in Italy and Germany, setting a new standard for customer interaction in banking.
