Key features include Meeting Prep, which consolidates client insights into preparation materials, an AI notetaker for verbal summaries during meetings, and Meeting Follow-Up, which captures decisions and generates documentation. Developed in collaboration with Salesforce and Zoom, Meeting Journey has seen rapid adoption among over 1,500 advisors during its beta phase. Bank of America has invested $13.5 billion annually in technology, with a focus on AI-driven solutions customized for advisor workflows. Previous innovations like the Digital Wealth Overview further demonstrate the firm’s commitment to integrating advanced digital tools in wealth management.
