With immediate insights into customer trends, especially in new locations like Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, Tess aids in identifying preferences and product interests. Boll & Branch plans to advance Tess’s capabilities to include social trend analysis through Sprout Social, supporting future expansions. After doubling its retail footprint with 15 stores and a presence in over 100 Nordstrom locations, the brand aims to enhance its furniture business, contributing to its impressive $200 million annual revenue.
