Notably, over 20% of managers often let AI make final decisions without human input, while 66% lack formal AI training. Among the tools, ChatGPT leads with a 53% usage rate for creating training materials and performance assessments. Despite the reliance on AI, 71% of managers feel confident in its ability to make fair decisions, although many operate with limited oversight. Alarmingly, only 32% received formal training on ethical AI use, with 24% having no training at all.
