Launched in late 2024, the platform features 351 AI agents, facilitating over one million interactions among 24,000 employees. The key agent, “A-Fu”, serves as a versatile enterprise assistant, managing knowledge Q&A, multilingual translation, content creation, and specialized jewelry expertise. Additionally, tailored agents like Finance A-Fu, IT Helpdesk A-Fu, HR A-Fu, and Visual Merchandising A-Fu enhance specific functions such as expense reimbursement and store display guidance. On the consumer front, the partnership rolled out AR virtual try-on capabilities, allowing customers to preview jewelry from home. An AI-powered shopping assistant streamlines cross-border e-commerce with intelligent Q&A, personalized recommendations, and enhanced customer service. This collaboration aims to revolutionize the jewelry retail experience using cutting-edge AI technology.
