These tools address common operational challenges, helping claims professionals identify and prioritize claims efficiently. By assessing every claim from inception to resolution, CLARA Triage aids adjusters in managing high-priority cases while streamlining less critical ones. Risk Notes automatically generate summaries, interpreting claim complexities and updating with each new data entry. Meanwhile, Claim Event Indicators analyze claims data to detect key events throughout the lifecycle, from loss notification to settlement. CLARA Analytics CEO Heather Wilson emphasizes that these AI tools amplify human expertise, offering continuous oversight and strategic insights. Currently used for workers’ compensation claims, the tools will expand to auto and general liability claims soon. Merchants Insurance Group is already leveraging this technology to improve their auto liability claims process, showcasing its potential impact on the industry.
