Experimenting with AI-Driven Business Management
I’m diving deep into a bold experiment: building a legal management platform, Lex-Pro.co, using Claude Code for the Colombian market. Here’s what I’m tackling:
- AI Leadership: This isn’t AI-assisted; it’s AI-led. My daily check-ins drive decisions while AI manages product development, support, and operations.
- Overcoming Challenges: AI is blind—it needs context to help effectively. Currently, I’m the bottleneck, copy-pasting necessary information.
- Introducing Brainz Lab: To enhance AI visibility, I’m creating self-hosted observability tools (github.com/brainz-lab) with native MCP support, enabling Claude to query logs, errors, and features directly.
My tech stack includes Rails 8, PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB, and Hotwire, all running on Docker.
This isn’t about a demo; it’s a real-world test: Can one person and AI effectively run a company?
