Credem, one of Italy’s top banking groups, has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud to enhance employee productivity through Google Workspace integrated with Gemini, a generative AI tool. This initiative is part of a multi-year strategic collaboration aimed at boosting Credem’s digital transformation. With this integration, employees can streamline daily tasks, optimize time management, and focus on higher-value activities, resulting in increased productivity.
Credem is also considering other Google Cloud tools like Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI to develop semiautonomous AI agents. The collaboration will be in strict compliance with industry regulations to ensure data security and confidentiality. A comprehensive training program has been launched, featuring over 30,000 hours of AI-specific training to foster a culture of adaptability and growth among employees.
This shift towards generative AI aligns with Credem’s “Wellbanking” initiative, promoting sustainable value and well-being within the organization and its communities.
