DHL Supply Chain employs HappyRobot’s AI agents across various regions for tasks like appointment scheduling and coordinating urgent warehouse processes. These AI agents automate communication via phone and email, streamlining operations and enabling faster responses.

Sally Miller, CIO at DHL Supply Chain, highlights the strategic integration of AI to increase efficiency and enhance job satisfaction by automating repetitive tasks. With AI handling hundreds of thousands of emails and millions of calls annually, employees can focus on strategic issues and customer concerns. Lindsay Bridges, EVP of Human Resources, notes that AI not only elevates operational efficiency but also improves job attractiveness in a competitive market.
