My journey into vibe coding has transformed my passion for programming into practical projects. Initially, I explored HTML and Python but often abandoned projects due to frustration. In late 2024, discontent with WordPress led me to use Claude AI to recreate my website. This innovative AI generated a functional site that surpassed my expectations, igniting my enthusiasm for coding. Following this experience, I embarked on various programming endeavors, including an online initiative tracker and a dice-rolling tool for tabletop RPGs. I’m also developing a puzzle game for the Pico-8 console, experimenting with multiple programming languages like HTML/JavaScript, Python, and Lua. Despite not being proficient, the fun of coding and the guidance from AI have made learning enjoyable and rewarding. This approach exemplifies how AI can enhance coding creativity, enabling aspiring developers to bring their ideas to life efficiently.
