By clicking the “Help me schedule” button in the Gmail compose window, users can automatically generate a guest list and propose time slots based on colleagues’ calendars. This feature accommodates both internal teams and external guests, facilitating seamless coordination. Once a time is selected, a Calendar invitation is sent to all attendees. Users retain control over the guest list and can ensure the right people are included. Currently rolling out in stages, this feature is primarily targeted at professional and educational Google Workspace users, with wider accessibility expected in the coming months.
