Users can inquire about what they’re seeking, and the AI provides a tailored guide to aid decision-making. Whenever a shopping-related question is posed, ChatGPT will automatically initiate a shopping search, although users can also access this feature from the menu by selecting the “+” button and choosing ‘shopping research’.
Once the research starts, ChatGPT offers a visual interface for users to direct their inquiries and provide feedback, enhancing the personalized shopping experience. This feature is available to all logged-in ChatGPT users on the Free plan and also for Pro, Plus, and Go plans. Ideal for the holiday season, the AI excels in detailed categories such as electronics, appliances, garden, and home items, streamlining the online shopping process.
