Notable speakers, including Biswajit Saha from CBSE, urged that technology should not dominate but assist in the learning process, warning against its potential to undermine humanity. TG Sitharam from AICTE highlighted that while technology evolves, its responsible application is crucial for educational growth, predicting a significant increase in higher education participation by 2035. Shishir Jaipuria noted a decrease in attention spans in the digital age, calling for a balance between embracing technology and humanizing it. Sanjay Jain from Google for Education pointed out the potential of AI to aid teachers in identifying students who require additional support. Overall, the conference reinforced that while technology can enhance education, it must serve as a tool, not an instructor.
