Christoph Schweizer, CEO of BCG, stressed that successful integration of AI requires organizational changes rather than just technological adoption. Enrique Lores of HP called for a measured approach in utilizing AI, emphasizing its benefits in improving accuracy and customer satisfaction, while acknowledging the need for human oversight. Overall, AI is seen as a collaborative tool that augments human capabilities.
