FLIR has unveiled two innovative multi-spectral maritime camera systems, the M460 and M560, suitable for first responders, commercial, and recreational vessels. These cutting-edge models combine a high-performance thermal sensor with a 4K low-light visible camera, enhancing maritime situational awareness. Key features include a 12 km ITAR-free laser rangefinder, a dynamic three-axis gyro stabilization system, and FLIR’s onboard AI Target Tracking, which intelligently identifies and tracks marine objects like vessels and buoys. The M460 is equipped with a long-wave infrared sensor and 5x optical zoom for early target detection, while the M560 offers a mid-wave IR sensor with 14x optical zoom for extended range. Both systems feature Color Thermal Vision (CTV) for improved navigation by combining visible and thermal imagery, ensuring essential details remain visible. With high-performance capabilities, the M460 and M560 are essential for safe navigation in challenging sea conditions, boosting operator efficiency and decision-making.
