While organizations see AI’s potential, only 19% have enforceable policies on AI tool use. Notably, 38% of respondents worry about privacy risks, yet AI governance remains fragmented—no clear owner exists in 20% of organizations. The findings highlight a significant gap between AI adoption and governance in radiology.
