A new setting enables Gemini to remember key details from your past conversations, enhancing the relevance and natural flow of your interactions. For instance, if you mentioned your favorite comic book characters, Gemini can suggest personalized birthday party themes inspired by them. If you’ve explored recommended non-fiction from BookTok, it can pinpoint books that align with your interests and even suggest quotes for social media. For content creators focused on Japanese culture, Gemini can offer innovative video ideas tailored to your passions. This personalized conversation feature is starting today for our 2.5 Pro model in select countries, with plans to expand to more models and regions soon. By default, the setting is enabled, but you can adjust it in the Gemini app’s Settings under “Personal context” and manage your conversation history at any time.
