The initiative will also focus on integrating disability inclusion training into corporate practices to improve retention and advancement for disabled professionals. Partnering with major brands like Microsoft and Coca-Cola, Making Space connects a network of over 50,000 disabled individuals, fostering career growth and job alignment.
