By utilizing Google’s Gemini AI, the tool analyzes emails and accesses Google Calendar data to suggest suitable time slots for meetings. Users can easily interact with the “Help me schedule” button that appears when a recipient expresses availability, offering several matching time options. However, it currently does not support group emails, making it more suited for one-on-one scheduling. For it to function, users need to grant Gemini access to their Gmail and Calendar accounts.
