Google is enhancing its Gemini chatbot by introducing a “Created by you” section, allowing users to easily access all Gemini-generated content, such as videos, images, and documents. Discovered by Android Authority during an APK teardown, this feature mirrors ChatGPT’s Library, streamlining the discovery of AI-created media without sifting through lengthy chat logs. While it doesn’t change the interaction process with Gemini, it significantly improves organization, especially amid the increased popularity of visual content generation with the recent release of Google’s Nano-Banana AI image generator. The feature is currently available in the beta version (16.35.63) of the Google app, indicating that it’s almost ready for broader rollout. Additionally, creations from Gemini’s Canvas feature will also be stored here, enhancing ease of access. With ongoing improvements, Google aims to optimize Gemini as a potential Google Assistant replacement, signaling exciting advancements in AI technology.
