Currently, these enhancements are being rolled out in the US to Gmail users, and subscribers of Google AI Pro and Ultra. AI Inbox serves as a curated briefing of essential tasks and updates based on user email habits, ensuring privacy and data security. Additionally, AI Overviews synthesize lengthy email threads into concise summaries and generate answers to queries using Gemini technology. Users can also access the ‘Help Me Write’ feature to create and refine emails, alongside new Suggested Replies utilizing contextual understanding of conversations. These features are available at no cost to all users, while the Proofread function is exclusive to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers. With over 3 billion Gmail users, Google continues to innovate with AI integration, enhancing communication efficiency.
