A week-long workshop on “Research Methodology and Data Analysis in Management” was successfully conducted at Himachal Pradesh University Business School, focusing on contemporary research techniques and AI-enabled data analysis tools. Organized under the MERU, PM-USHA Scheme, the workshop featured hands-on sessions in research design, hypothesis testing, and both qualitative and quantitative methods. Participants, including students, research scholars, and faculty members, expressed appreciation for the enriching academic environment that boosted their research skills. Dean Joginder Singh Dhiman, the chief guest, acknowledged the initiative to foster research competence and emphasized the importance of scientific rigor, methodological clarity, and ethical practices in academic research. Pramod Sharma, Director of HPU Business School, along with Dinesh Sharma, highlighted data-driven decision-making’s essential role in modern management. Vinod Negi coordinated the workshop, led by organizing secretary Puneet Bhushan, reinforcing the commitment to enhance research capabilities within the academic community.
