With nearly a decade of experience in neuroscience, Jagadeesh previously served as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School. He holds a BA in computer science and cognitive science from UC Berkeley and earned a PhD in computational neuroscience and psychology at Stanford. His work aims to ensure AI systems are reliable while leveraging AI to advance healthcare innovations. Jagadeesh’s appointment highlights the ongoing talent competition in the tech industry, as OpenAI has recently recruited several top engineers from major firms like Meta and Tesla.
