Officials have launched a follow-up initiative to the workshop ‘AI-Led Digital Transformation in Telangana: From Vision to Action’ held on June 24. This initiative aims to enhance internal capacity for leveraging AI to boost service delivery, operational efficiency, and effective policymaking. Over three days, nominated officers will participate in intensive training sessions covering AI fundamentals, data readiness, no-code tools, and agile development techniques. Participants will focus on identifying AI use cases in governance, developing relevant datasets, and addressing privacy and security concerns while collaborating with industry experts. After the workshops, attendees will enter a three-month mentorship and proof-of-concept (PoC) development phase, culminating in jury presentations scheduled for November–December 2025. This program underscores Telangana’s commitment to embracing AI for transformative governance and innovative solutions, positioning officials to effectively utilize AI in their respective roles.
