For companies to gain a competitive edge, Lee highlighted the importance of early adoption of AI Agents, deploying intelligent solutions, and utilizing proprietary closed-loop data for superior model training. His insights build on prior remarks made at the November GOTC Global Open Source Technology Summit, where he suggested that traditional human-centric roles will increasingly be supplanted by AI, relegating humans to complex strategic responsibilities.
