This innovative product is part of KnowBe4’s Artificial Intelligence Defence Agents (AIDA) suite, addressing the challenge of standardised tests that don’t accurately reflect specific business needs. The Custom SAPA Agent allows security and IT teams to measure human cyber risk with precision, utilizing contextual factors to create relevant question sets. Results and analytics help identify knowledge gaps, enabling targeted training and risk mitigation. Administrators can review questions to ensure relevance and conformity with internal policies. This dynamic assessment, informed by insights from over 50,000 organizations and five million completions, moves beyond generic evaluations, paving the way for more effective security awareness programs.
