Rathi highlighted that while AI serves as a valuable tool, reliance on it must be cautious due to concerns about accuracy and potential errors in case citations, citing a notable instance of a fictitious judgment. Sinha compared AI’s impact to the internet revolution, noting its integration into court processes like live transcription. Jishnu J.R., from VIT School of Law, asserted that while AI improves efficiency, it cannot replace human judgment in morally sensitive legal decisions.
