Unlike traditional query-based chatbots, ActEngine AI employs execution-based agents that can efficiently handle tasks such as customer service, complaint resolution, and sales proposals. The platform offers a unified interface for companies to manage AI agents, enhancing customer engagement and marketing efforts.

In Thailand, a customer service agent has been implemented by Line Man Wongnai, effectively managing 360,000 inquiries annually and achieving a 60% reduction in response time and a 16% increase in accuracy compared to human agents. Additionally, the sales-focused AI analyzes customer behavior to create personalized promotions, providing 24/7 support to small businesses. Line Plus plans to extend ActEngine AI into finance and retail, and is also developing voice-based AI solutions to further enhance customer interaction.
