She questioned whether the forthcoming ban would encompass multi-purpose platforms like Grok and reiterated the need for responsibility and transparency in regulating generative AI. The government has pledged to prioritize legislation addressing nudification tools, but concerns remain regarding the effectiveness of the OSA and potential gaps in its regulation.
