NVIDIA Releases Open Models, Datasets, and Tools Across AI, Robotics, and Autonomous Driving

NVIDIA has launched an extensive array of open models, datasets, and development tools across multiple fields, including language, robotics, autonomous driving, and biomedical research. This update enhances existing model families and offers training data through platforms like GitHub and Hugging Face.

In the agentic AI sector, the Nemotron model family was expanded with new features for speech recognition, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and content safety. Notably, the Cosmos world foundation models were introduced for robotics, enhancing perception and data generation.

Additionally, the new Alpamayo model is tailored for autonomous driving, integrating perception and planning with simulation tools. Healthcare advancements include the launch of NVIDIA Clara models for tasks like protein design and drug synthesis, supported by a dataset of 455,000 synthetic protein structures. All models are open-source, accessible under licenses, and compatible with NVIDIA-accelerated systems, facilitating various deployment environments.
