The event will take place in five major cities: San Francisco, New York City, Houston, Detroit, and Miami, bringing together 1,000 small business owners for collaborative workshops. The initiative, in partnership with DoorDash, SCORE Mentors, and Small Business Majority, focuses on making AI accessible and practical for everyday business operations. Participants will receive mentorship and develop tailored AI tools, such as automated social media planners and AI scheduling assistants. Each small business owner will leave with a tangible AI solution and access to ongoing resources through OpenAI Academy. Registration for in-person sessions is open, with virtual workshops scheduled for December 4 and January 15 to accommodate a wider audience. This effort underscores OpenAI’s commitment to empowering local economies by demystifying AI for small business owners.
