Outreach also expanded its AI agents, introducing Call Agent for enhanced call scripts and voicemails, Reply Agent for rapid objection handling, Meeting Agent for pre-meeting context, and Next Best Action Agent for actionable insights based on engagement signals. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) was announced for integrated AI functionality across various platforms.
