Additionally, Overlake introduced web-based AI agents, achieving a remarkable >90% engagement level and resolving nearly 90% of patient inquiries autonomously. This strategic partnership emphasizes the importance of addressing practical challenges to yield quick returns on investment in healthcare AI. Following this success, the collaboration will expand to optimize admin workflows, including scheduling and provider matching.
