The Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches (PARWCC) launched the Interview Institute, designed to enhance interview coaching amid the AI-driven hiring landscape. With AI-generated résumés and automated screening now prevalent, traditional application materials are increasingly scrutinized. The interview has become a crucial validation tool, emphasizing the need for skilled human coaches. “AI can streamline processes, but it lacks the nuances of effective coaching,” said Margaret Phares, Executive Director of PARWCC. The Institute offers structured training, including a Master Series on AI interviews starting October 7, 2025, and a Certified Interview Coach program in January 2026. Additionally, a monthly peer forum, “Interview Insights,” will aid coaches in adapting to current hiring trends. As job seekers rely on AI, mastering interview skills has never been more critical.
