Global Work AI, a Warsaw-based job-search platform focused on job seekers, has secured a €2 million ($2.4 million) investment, boosting its total funding to €3.1 million ($3.7 million). This funding will enhance its AI-driven features, including personalized job recommendations, AI-generated CVs, cover letters, and the Auto-Fill browser plugin. CEO Alex Chepovoi emphasizes the platform’s mission to expedite hiring in a challenging job market, flipping the traditional employer-focused recruitment model. Notably, Global Work AI aggregates over one million verified remote jobs monthly, filtering out scams and duplicates. The platform’s growth reflects a 13x increase in usage over the past 10 months as more job seekers utilize AI tools. Future developments include Mia AI, an advanced AI Career Assistant designed to support users throughout their career journey. This follows broader trends in European HRTech investment, with significant funding for AI-driven recruitment platforms, underscoring a strong market for innovative hiring solutions.
