Event Overview: AI in Healthcare Workshop (August 4–8)
Join us for a groundbreaking 5-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the healthcare sector, co-hosted by ADBI, ADB, ICDF, and JICA. The event runs from August 4-8, featuring sessions that explore how AI optimizes workflows, enhances efficiency, and fosters proactive care while addressing vital issues such as data security and ethical considerations.
Key objectives include fostering knowledge exchange on AI applications in personalized medicine and healthcare administration, building a multistakeholder community, and informing policymakers about the diverse implications of AI integration. Target participants include mid-to-senior health ministry officials and private sector practitioners.
The event boasts interactive roundtables and a site visit showcasing innovative healthcare technologies in Japan. Attendees will gain insights into successful AI governance frameworks across Asia and the Pacific, contributing to a strong foundation for future policymaking. Registration is by invitation.
