Salesforce is spearheading the AI revolution, even considering a name change to “Agentforce.” The company’s internal AI adoption reveals promising insights: an internal survey indicates that 81% of employees believe AI tools boost productivity, while 83% feel prepared to tackle AI risks like bias. Conducted in November 2025, the survey covered 80% of Salesforce’s 76,000 workforce, with findings also highlighting that 57% of employees find AI crucial for identifying new opportunities. Despite these endorsements, some employees report that AI increases their workloads rather than alleviating them. The company’s “AI Readiness” score has reached 85%, an 18% increase from the previous year. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff noted that AI handles about half of the company’s operations, though challenges remain, as its stock has fallen over 40% due to rising competition from AI tools. Overall, Salesforce’s aggressive AI strategy aims to enhance productivity and internal workflows.
