Samsung SDS is set to enhance communication at the Pacific Insurance Conference (PIC) 2025, the Asia-Pacific’s largest insurance industry event, by providing AI-powered simultaneous interpretation in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean through its innovative Brity Copilot. Scheduled from September 23-25 in Seoul, the conference will focus on ‘Transformative Leadership: Reaching New Heights in Insurance’ and attract around 300 top officials from 80 organizations. Participants will enjoy real-time language interpretation via a wireless receiver, ensuring seamless interaction. This marks the first large-scale application of the ‘Interpreting Agent’ feature, which currently supports seven languages, with plans to expand to 17 by November. Additionally, Samsung SDS will introduce its ‘Personal Agent’ service, an AI secretary that efficiently manages tasks. Executive Vice President Hae-goo Song stated that this service will facilitate international collaboration. The company also unveiled its AI innovation strategies at the recent REAL Summit 2025, showcasing its comprehensive AI service solutions.
