Specialist Finance Group (SFG) has launched SFGconnect V2, an upgraded broker platform built on the Salestrekker 2.0 ecosystem, leveraging innovative artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline compliance and administrative tasks. The new version enhances automation and workflow efficiency, enabling brokers to generate compliance notes and client summaries in mere seconds—cutting the time spent on 2,500-word documents from hours to less than 10 seconds. This efficiency can save brokers approximately 18 hours a month, translating to significant annual labor savings of around $21,600 per broker. SFGconnect V2 also features lender-specific workflow automation, instant borrowing calculations, and improved client-marketing tools, aligning with brokers’ operational needs. General manager Blake Buchanan highlighted the platform’s intent to optimize broker focus on client relationships and strategy over low-value tasks.
