As generative AI sees a fivefold increase since 2023, it significantly transforms various sectors, including marketing and software development. The report highlights that by 2025, 30% of IT services will be fully automated by AI. Insights from over 350 chief IT officers indicate that 100% prioritize better decision-making through AI insights. Additionally, 98.4% emphasize cost reduction and operational agility as key drivers for AI adoption. Over 90% of enterprises acknowledge data security and privacy as major barriers to AI implementation, while 85% prefer developing AI capabilities in-house. An impressive 93% intend to increase AI and analytics investments in 2025. The findings emphasize a clear intent among Indian enterprises to embed AI in decision-making, focusing on creating structured, measurable programs rather than isolated trials.
