Hubert, an innovative AI-powered recruitment platform, has raised €2.5 million in seed funding led by Spintop Ventures, alongside Bonnier investors. The profitable startup aims to enhance its AI-driven screening tools to support significant growth by 2025. Hubert’s automated structured interview system targets high-volume hiring across sectors like retail, logistics, and BPO, streamlining the recruitment process by reducing manual screening time and ensuring consistent candidate evaluations. The platform integrates seamlessly with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and is already utilized by industry leaders such as Securitas, Coop, and ManpowerGroup. Co-founder Fredrik Östgren emphasized that this investment will facilitate the expansion of their product roadmap, focusing on fairness and transparency in recruitment.
