Tencent’s launch of its AI agent suite targets consumers, developers, and enterprises, emphasizing the growing trend of agentic AI in business operations. Meanwhile, Alibaba introduced Wukong, which coordinates multiple AI agents for complex tasks. Research indicates a surge in interest among chief product officers (CPOs), with a notable shift from exploration to implementation of agentic AI in enterprise software. By November, nearly 25% of CPOs had integrated AI into their processes, a sharp increase from 3% in August 2022. This evolution highlights the critical role AI agents play in modern business strategy.
