At RSNA 2025, United Imaging Intelligence (UII) posed the compelling question, “Agent Radiologist: Are We There Yet?”, unveiling advanced AI technologies aimed at enhancing healthcare accessibility and precision. Central to their presentation was uAI Insight, a next-gen Imaging-to-Report AI agent that integrates clinical reasoning into reporting. This technology uses multimodal large models to recognize complex patterns and generate accurate, structured reports. Demonstrating remarkable detection capabilities, the uAI Agent for Chest CT identified 73 thoracic diseases with a 95% AUC, while the uAI Agent for Brain MRI recognized 47 neurological conditions per scan. Additionally, the debut of the uAI Agent for Ultrasound offered autonomous scanning combined with AI-assisted diagnosis, enhancing patient experience. UII’s suite of AI agents exemplifies a unified ecosystem, from diagnostic imaging to hospital management, driving the evolution towards intelligent human-AI collaboration across the entire patient care pathway.
