A recent Genius HRTech survey of 1,704 professionals reveals a significant gap in AI adoption and training in the workplace. While 67% of respondents are using AI tools, a concerning 61% reported a lack of proper AI guidance from their organizations. This disconnect is highlighted by the fact that 71% believe their roles will dramatically change in the next few years due to AI integration. Despite the benefits, such as simplifying work processes for 69% of participants, 25% expressed that AI has added complexity to their tasks. Trust in AI also remains divided; only 49% trust AI-generated insights without manual verification. The report underscores that while companies are rapidly adopting AI, they must also prioritize structured training to foster productivity and trust. “AI is shaping daily workflows, and its future success hinges on collaboration between human intelligence and AI,” said RP Yadav, Chairman of Genius HRTech.
