Many recruiters express skepticism towards AI, fearing it may undermine the personal aspects of hiring. Tools like HireVue, which utilize AI for digital interviews, raise questions among job-seekers about how AI influences evaluations during the hiring process. The research categorizes recruitment into low- and high-volume segments, emphasizing the essential role of human judgment.
