Kyiv-based startup Reface, an innovator in AI-powered content creation tools, has successfully raised €15.2 million ($18 million) in non-dilutive user acquisition funding from Singapore’s PvX Partners. This financial services platform co-invests in marketing budgets, sharing revenue from new users up to a specified limit. According to co-CEO Anton Volovyk, the funds will accelerate growth for their AI-native apps in creativity, wellbeing, and health. Founded in 2018, Reface gained fame after Elon Musk shared a face swap using its app, originally dubbed Doublicat. Its product suite includes the Reface app for face-swapping, Revive for image animation, and Restyle for image styling. With over 300 million total downloads, Reface’s celebrities include Britney Spears and Dua Lipa, while partnerships include brands like BMW and Prime Video. Backed by renowned investors, Reface also launched a humanitarian fund, donating €424.2k ($500k) for Ukrainian support.
