However, this shift requires a cultural change and comprehensive training for HR and hiring managers. Engaging diverse staff in AI decisions can increase job satisfaction and alleviate fears of job loss, aiming instead to improve government operations and employee experiences, ultimately fostering a more resilient workforce.
