Volvo Cars will unveil the 2026 Volvo EX60 on January 21, heralding a new electric mid-size SUV that emphasizes advanced technology, impressive driving range, and daily comfort. Notably, it will be the first model to integrate Google Gemini AI, enabling intuitive voice interactions without the need for rigid commands. The interior design is crafted for a calm, modern aesthetic, featuring a responsive infotainment system powered by Qualcomm and NVIDIA processors that enhances voice command recognition.
The EX60 boasts a remarkable range of up to 810 km on a single charge and can gain 340 km of range in just 10 minutes with a 400 kW fast charger. Its new HuginCore system continuously learns from real-world driving, enhancing safety features over time. Regular over-the-air updates will ensure the EX60 evolves post-purchase. Pricing remains unannounced but is anticipated to be positioned as a premium electric SUV above the EX40. More details will be available closer to launch.
